This is a mini sugar cookie version of a pumpkin pie. The "pie" is actually made from fall spice flavored sugar cookies, and does not contain pumpkin. It is a small pie, measuring at approx. 5" in circumference, and then cut into 6 slices. Idea was inspired by sweetsugarbelle. Thanksgiving; Christmas; Holiday |
